Dear Members,

The next get together is planned on 2nd Oct 2018 (Tuesday) @ TTDC Beach Resort Complex adjacent to IOCL Petrol bunk at Mamallapuram.

You all are requested to participate and contribute for LUNCH as follows.  

Amount to be collected per adult – Rs 380/- (Veg /  Non-Veg)

Amount to be collected per child (5 to 12 years) – Rs 180/- (Veg /  Non-Veg)

Please contact and pay the amount to the following nodal members, based on your office bldg / group and also share the family/contact details as listed in attached excel sheet during payment of contribution amount. Kindly co-operate with nodal members for collection of amount at the earliest, as the TTDC Hotel Management need to be officially communicated about exact requirement well in advance. 

In case any area/bldg/Grp is missed by mistake, you are requested to pay to any of these members along with required details.

All the members are requested to please communicate the details of planned get together to surrounding odia staff, in case this communication has not reached them.    

Requirement of vehicle for pickup and drop shall be informed well in advance for arrangement. However, the amount to be paid for such transport, will be at actual cost as demanded by the service provider, based on total number of interested members.

The details of planned events during the get together, will be communicated shortly.
